Cowave pre-sales technical support team will answer questions on the products and techniques of customers to provide customized SATCOM solutions based on the specific demands.

After-sales of Cowave: 

Cowave after-sales technical support is responsible for solving the technical problems in using our product. For different situations, we divide technical support and service into online and on-site methods. Online technical support includes telephone, fax, e-mail, remote dial-in support, etc. On-site technical support means our after-sales person would arrive at the field for operation.
