Constituent of broadband maritime satcom system


When constructing and applying the broadband satcom system, it is mainly composed of the space segment and the ground application communication subsystem.

Constituent of the fifth-generation global satcom system


When constructing and applying the maritime satellite fifth-generation global satcom system, it mainly consists of space satellites, gateway stations, and mobile terminals, and other numerous parts are combined with each other.


First of all, in terms of space satellites, it mainly operates in the Ka frequency band, and each satellite will involve two effective payloads, namely, global payload and rotatable high-capacity payload.


According to in-depth analysis of the actual situation, it is found that the global payload can provide 89 fixed spot beams during operation, while also providing 72 channels, thereby achieving global all-around effective coverage.


The maritime satcom system can provide a global number during operation, and will also involve two rotatable gateway numbers, achieving effective connection between the ground.


Secondly, in terms of the gateway station, two gateway stations under each satellite need to be scientifically and reasonably set up for mutual backup. This can realize fast and effective switching.


Even under extreme harsh weather, site-to-site communication quality can be effectively controlled. During the operation of the mobile terminal, it mainly conducts targeted reception and transmission of the user's radio frequency signal, and can also realize efficient connection with other sea, land and air terminals to achieve effective operation of various types of networks such as the Internet and fax.


It can be seen that the terminal of the maritime satcom system can achieve effective switching between different satellite broadcasts during construction and specific mobile processes. In addition, in the application of the fifth-generation satellite, it continues to use the fourth-generation FB as communication hot backup to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire backup.
